If you care about customer service, stay as far away as you can from this company. And then when they call, they'll pass you from rep to rep, each of whom have you do the same thing the previous rep did, and it's infuriating. If you want to speak with someone, you have to schedule a call which can be 4 days from when you want to speak with someone. They'll communicate through a chat feature, but the chats disappear within a few days, so again, unless you take screen shots, you have no record of communication. Honestly save yourself the headache and your money and file with anyone else besides Turbotax. Turbotax has no answers and refuses to even help. Now on to 2022 tax season, still waiting on replacement check for federal from TPG and had to threaten with my legal team to even get what I got after months of little to no response. As of today I'm still not sure how to fix this if it even can. It was until 2022 I finally was able to see someone had "refilled" after I had. The only answer I ever got was 'We show no reason or errors for you to have had $2000 withheld from you.'. ![]() Spent several days emailing back and forth and several hours on the phone with customer care. However I only received $4 out of the $2,004. Finally I got a notification saying my federal $2,004 was finally deposited. I got my state back within a week which was awesome! Then sometime goes and goes and goes. Long story short, 2021 I filed with ease(so I thought). 2022 tax season was the last straw with this fraudulent company and their thievery partner TPG. I've been using TurboTax for the better of 5 years.
